Ankle and Foot Ranges of Motion

Sit comfortably in an upright position. Your right knee is bent at a 45-degree angle. Bend your right ankle and foot toward you, keeping the toes upward. You'll feel your muscles contracting across the top of your ankle and foot. Relax.

Next, point your right foot. Again, you'll feel your muscles contracting across the top of your ankle and foot. Relax.

Next, without pointing your foot, turn your right ankle to the left. You'll feel your muscles contracting across the outside of your ankle and foot. Relax.

Next, without pointing your foot, turn your right ankle to the right. You'll feel your muscles contracting across the inside of your ankle and foot. Relax.
